Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled once fulfillment or freight scheduling has begun.


Shipping (Freight Items)

Due to the size of our products, orders ship via freight carriers.

  • Delivery is curbside only
  • Customers are responsible for moving the item inside and setup
  • A valid phone number is required for delivery scheduling

Delivery Requirements

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the item will fit through all entryways and into your intended space
  • You must be available to receive and coordinate delivery
  • Missed delivery appointments may result in additional fees

Inspection at Delivery

All items must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier before signing
  • Failure to document damage at delivery voids damage claims

Refused Deliveries

Refusing a shipment for any reason other than confirmed shipping damage will be treated as a return and subject to:

  • Return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of 15%–30%

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of large, high-value items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


Eligible Claims

We will provide a replacement, parts, or refund only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You notify us within 30 days of delivery
  • Supporting photo or video evidence is provided

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect orders or selections
  • Sizing issues or failure to measure space
  • Items that do not fit through entryways
  • Damage caused during assembly or improper use
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Approved Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A 15%–30% restocking fee will apply
  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us at info@jirahshop.online before initiating a dispute.By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be actively disputed using delivery confirmation and policy acceptance.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

*If you have any issues with your order, you must notify us via email so our team can resolve the matter promptly. Failure to contact us before filing a dispute may impact our ability to assist or process any claims.

*Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims made beyond the 30-day window will not be eligible for review. You can do it by sending a message to info@jirahshop.online
